David has always loved spending time on the water and being involved in the sailing community so it’s fair to say working in boat sales is his dream job. When he’s not at the marina or at sea, you’ll find him wrangling his four kids, carving up the slopes or hitting the bike track with his family.

John has worked alongside his son David since 2002 and does a stellar job managing our accounts. He’s a big fan of Tasmania which is one of his favourite spots to sell Beneteau yachts and powerboats. In his spare time, which there isn’t much of, you’ll find him on the golf course.

Over his 20-year career, Michah has gained experience across all types of sailing craft and powered vessels. He is an industry expert in our full range of Highfield vessels and brings a unique skill set to his role with a background in industrial design, competitive yachting and a lifelong love of recreational boating. Micah’s has competed at international dinghy events right through to the Sydney to Hobart.

Doug, whilst new to the industry, has been racing J24 One Design keelboats for 18 years, competing at State, National and World Championships. Before joining us he was a professional photographer and owned and ran a very successful studio complex in St Kilda which largely, along with sailing, has given him his problem solving ability and his drive to complete tasks of every nature.

John Anderson joins Sundance Marine as a passionate sailor and commercial skipper. He is a qualified RYA Offshore Yacht Master and RYA Sailing Instructor. With over twenty years sailing/boating experience across Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia including competing in various International regattas. John has spent many hours patrolling Port Phillip Bay while serving with the Australian Volunteer Coast Guard and supporting the Victorian boating community.

Carolyn has 20 years bookkeeping experience and is here to answer any of your account enquiries.

With over two decades of experience in the design industry, Belinda brings a wealth of expertise to her role. Her versatile skill set encompasses brand strategy, marketing, digital marketing, graphic design, advertising, print, photography and event management. Belinda is passionate about crafting compelling narratives and creating impactful experiences that resonate with audiences. When she's not pushing pixels, you will most likely find her on a beach reading a book or on a road trip with her family or friends.

Ian brings a diverse blend of expertise and passion to the team. With over a decade of experience in motor trade specializing in finance, he possesses an in-depth understanding of prestige sales. Outside of work, you'll find him indulging in his love for the outdoors. Since the age of six, he's been navigating the waters. Ian himself is a power boat owner and an avid angler, particularly drawn to the thrill of offshore fishing. Beyond the water, he finds joy in capturing moments through the lens of a camera, crafting wood into intricate designs through carpentry, and tinkering with cars - honing his skills in mechanics and building. With a penchant for adventure and a knack for craftsmanship, Ian brings a unique perspective to Sundance Marine.

We are excited to welcome Steve to our team, hailing from Cork, Ireland. With over a decade of experience in sales, purchasing, and service roles within the marine industry, Steve brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our company. His passion for the water and the outdoors is evident in his extensive sailing and motor cruising activities. When he's not on the water, you can find Steve camping or hitting the slopes for some skiing. Steve has competed in IRC and One Design sailing circuits across Ireland, the UK, and Europe, racing everything from J70s to the ClubSwan 50 class. He has ambitious plans to participate in Hamilton Island Race Week and the Sydney to Hobart race, adding these prestigious events to his sailing repertoire. Despite the time difference, Steve remains an avid follower of his sports teams back home. We are thrilled to have Steve's enthusiasm and expertise on board with us.
