Congratulations to Alan Woodward and his crew aboard Reverie, the recently launched Beneteau First 45. After a very successful 2nd on IRC at Skandia Geelong Race Week, the yacht headed off to South Australia for the Adelaide to Port Lincoln Race and the Port Lincoln Regatta.
With a 2nd on IRC in the passage race and 1st overall on IRC for the Lincoln Regatta, the Reverie team have done us all proud. A series score of 8 points for the 5 race series including 1st, 2nd, 2nd, 1st and 2nd, the Beneteau First 45 proved to be a step ahead of its competitors.
Reverie is planning to head north for Hamilton Island Race Week later in the year where we are sure Alan will put in further strong performances.
