Sundance Yacht Sales are offering a Yacht Syndication opportunity, whereby several owners take advantage of cost effective ownership of a new Beneteau Yacht or Lagoon Catamaran.
Sundance Yacht Sales will manage the daily operation of the syndicate which includes the maintenance, cleaning, insurance, berthing and time allocation of the yacht.
The syndicate of up to 4 will operate a Unit Trust whereby each unit holder owns a percentage of the capital of the yacht, have usage and pay the operational costs in proportion to the number of units held.
If you have an interest in this form of ownership, please register an Expression of Interest with John Beck at our office.
